Agentic engineering courses — built for your team, your stack, your codebase

Most teams don't need another generic AI workshop. They need to move their own engineers from manual coding to working effectively with agents, without letting quality slip in the process. That's what these courses do.

Every course is customized: scoped to your team's level, your tools, and the specific shift you're making. Designed and taught by Dr. Florian Patzer, delivered remotely or on-site. Built for engineering teams putting agents to work in real production codebases. In English, German, or bilingual.

Common starting points

The topics teams ask for most

Each is a starting point. The curriculum is built around your team's reality, not delivered off the shelf.

From manual to agentic coding

The practical transition for experienced developers: where agents genuinely help, where they hurt, and how to rebuild day-to-day workflow so output quality rises instead of degrading. The broadest entry point for a team just making the shift.

Spec-driven development

Driving agents through specifications instead of line-by-line prompting: how to structure specs, generate implementation from them, and keep humans in control of intent while agents handle execution.

Context engineering for coding agents

Feeding agents the right context — codebase knowledge, conventions, constraints, documentation — so they produce work that fits your system instead of plausible-looking code that doesn't.

Harness engineering

Building the scaffolding that makes agents reliable in a real codebase: guardrails, context, evaluation, and the discipline that turns unpredictable output into dependable work.

Agentic code review and quality gates

Keeping quality high when agents produce code at volume: what human review should focus on when machines write the first draft, where to place automated quality gates, and how to catch problems before they compound. (This is also the discipline our platform, architrace, is built to support.)

Your instructor

Taught by a practitioner, not a trainer

Dr. Florian Patzer teaching an agentic-engineering course

Courses are designed and delivered by Dr. Florian Patzer — a practitioneer with a strong background in agentic engineering, software architecture and technology strategy conceptualization and implementation (co-founder and CTO of nodeline GmbH, former leading scientist at Fraunhofer and agentic engineering consultant at Bundesdruckerei). This is experience from someone doing agentic engineering in production, not repackaging it secondhand.

The process

How it works

  1. You tell us what you need: topic, team size and level, your stack, and the outcome you're after.
  2. We scope and design the course: a curriculum built for your team, not a generic deck. Typically a focused 6–8 hour course.
  3. The course is delivered: by Florian, remote or on-site, hands-on and grounded in your actual work.
  4. Optionally, the materials are yours: license the course for ongoing internal use after delivery.

Course design, delivery, and licensing are scoped and priced per engagement. Tell us what you need and we'll send a proposal.
